The Rosemont Boys
The Pond
Shawn rediscovered this historic pond, which likely dates to the early 1900’s. It had been filled in with soil and construction debris, including two slabs of Tennessee Marble, and planted over with boxwood. Uncertain of its viability as a fishpond, and not one to spend money frivolously, Shawn originally stocked it with 5 feeder goldfish he bought for 19 cents a piece (limiting his investment to under $1.00). By 2024, the population had grown to 22 and with the most recent clutch the current population is unknown!
